Sales Executive (Multiple openings in NYC, Boston, and San Fracisco)

IDT Partners is currently seeking dynamic Sales Executives to help lead our team to enhanced growth and success.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Executive with 5 to 7 years of sales experience selling. Ideally, we would want a Sales Executive who is a hunter and closer who will generate revenue by aggressively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through telephone, e-mail and web. The ideal candidate will have experience selling Software and Technology Services to SMBs, mid-market, Fortune 500 & 1000 companies with background in technology solutions and web technology. The right candidate needs to be an expert at building relationships with clients and pinpointing new sales opportunities in enterprise-sized accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of sales success with high close ratio
  • Solid understanding of technology solutions consultancy / digital agency business model
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
  • 5 + years sales experience required focusing primarily in web based technology solutions
  • 3 years technology solutions sales experience required
  • Able to close mid six figure contracts, $250K-$500K
  • Able to hit the ground running with 20+ potential companies

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline
  • Persuasively articulate IDT's offerings, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients and prospects via in-person sales meetings
  • Established network of senior-level technology decision maker relationships in vertical category mandatory
  • Assist in implementation and insure high levels of service to clients.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
  • Listen to, identify and understand prospects' viewpoint and tailor communication to meet prospect needs and expectations

Senior PHP5 / LAMP Developer (NYC)

IDT Partners is currently seeking a motivated Senior PHP Developer to join our team. Developers at IDT build scalable solutions used by millions of users.

Senior PHP Developer will work with the development team and designers to design and build solutions for clients. He or she will design, develop, test, maintain and optimize secure and scalable multi-tier web applications with high volumes of traffic and high availability.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of PHP5, JavaScript, Linux shell, and SQL
  • Strong Object Oriented Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#/.NET
  • Experience with major PHP frameworks (Symfony, CodeIgniter, Zend, Kohana, etc.)
  • Extensive experience with LAMP stack and open source software in general
  • Strong eCMS experience with commercial and open source systems such as Alfresco, Interwoven, Documentum, CQ5, Drupal, and Wordpress
  • Experience with MySQL, MSSQL or other RDBMSs
  • Experience with creating and consuming RESTful APIs

  • Model View Controller Patterns (MVC3)
  • ASP.NET Controls
  • Web Services: ASP.NET WS, RESTful, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
  • Inversion of Control Containers: Spring.NET or Unity
  • Object Relational Mapping - Entity Framework or NHibernate
  • Architect the application platform, including the backend, messaging, and UI layers
  • Design and develop rapid prototyping across different architectural layers, i.e. database, application server, workflow, messaging and event management, and user interface
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to development teams
  • Be able to mentor less experienced developers and initiate technology leadership
  • Interact with subject matter experts to understand the business requirement and design the application accordingly
